At Teckel Group, we are committed to continuous improvement and it’s an important part of our success. We hold a lessons learned review seminar at the end of each project, analyze project data and report on improvements that can be made in the future.
For our clients, these lessons learned reviews positively impact the performance, safety and resilience of data centre systems and operations and carry through to future data centre builds. We interrogate our own work to dynamically improve each part of the project lifecycle and our own project management processes. With each new project, our knowledge base grows exponentially to the benefit of our clients.

Our CxM and CxA experience from Level 1 to Level 6 means that we are best placed to conduct a lessons learned review and implement action plans.
We have an innate and deep technical understanding of all aspects of the commissioning project; we’re familiar with the project data; and as engineers we have the ability to analyze it effectively.
We create an action plan to prevent any issues from occurring in the future and we report on underlying trends, potential risks and areas of improvement.

We are also able to act as an external reviewer or Lessons Learned Facilitator to assist clients in future-proofing their projects, systems and infrastructure.
